Terms and conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the express written agreement, the following terms of sale and delivery apply solely to the terms of all agreements with and deliveries from PEAK Safety, regardless of any conflicting or deviating provisions in the order or acceptance given by the buyer.

Offer, order and acceptance

Buyer’s orders and orders of any kind are only binding to PEAK Safety once the buyer has received written order confirmation. Offers from PEAK Safety, which do not specify a special acceptance deadline, will lapse if consistent acceptance from the buyer is not received by PEAK Safety within four weeks of the offer being submitted.

Agreements on changes to or additions to the original agreement are only binding to PEAK Safety after written confirmation from PEAK Safety

PEAKSafetyś performance

PEAK Safety’s service includes only what appears on the invoice / order confirmation, and on the terms below, PEAK Safety undertakes to deliver training and products of the usual good quality in terms of material and processing.

Delivery

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the training and goods will be delivered according to the applicable transportation fee.

Cancellation

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, cancellation of courses booked is accepted free of charge 7 days prior to course start. Cancellation less than 7 days until 48 hrs. prior to course start is 50% course fee. Cancellation less than 48 hrs. Will be invoiced 100% course fee.

Prices

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the price applies from stock, excl. transport, VAT and other taxes.

PAYMENT

Unless PEAK Safety has announced otherwise, all payments must be made in Danish kroner. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the terms of payment are net cash upon receipt of the goods. Any bank fee associated with any payment to PEAK Safety’s account must be paid by Buyer. PEAK Safety reserves the right to assess Buyer’s creditworthiness at any time. If the Buyer does not meet PEAK Safety’s credit rating requirements, PEAK Safety may change or revoke the Buyer’s credit period

without notice. PEAK Safety may thus require a bank guarantee, other guarantee or advance payment prior to the delivery of training or goods. In the event of late payment, interest will accrue at 2% per. commenced month above Denmark’s National bank’s current interest rate [or the maximum interest rate permitted under applicable law]. The buyer is ordered to bear all recovery costs on amounts due, including legal costs

Waste recycling fee

PEAK Safety ensures that the equipment that is discarded is delivered in a safe and safe place in terms of health.
When handling waste / electronics material etc., 2% of the total amount is charged on the invoice

TAXES

All taxes and fees are added to the invoice and borne by the Buyer, unless the Buyer has provided PEAK Safety with such tax exemption declarations as the tax authorities may find satisfactory.

VAT

All prices shown in this PEAK safety services and services catalog are exclusive of VAT. Retention of title

The ownership of the delivered service belongs to PEAK Safety and is not transferred to the buyer until the full purchase price has been paid. This applies to any service that PEAK Safety performs
